Overview
David Reyes co-founded the firm alongside Margaret Ashford in 2003 after a decade in the corporate department of a regional Chicago firm. He built the firm’s transactional practice from the ground up and now oversees its global corporate and commercial group. His practice spans cross-border M&A, business formation, and complex commercial contracts, with a focus on closely-held and family-owned enterprises. He serves on the firm’s global executive committee and chairs the professional-development program.
